Yes indeed Roman Numerals and it’s sister bands Olympic Size and Thee Water Moccasins will be heading to Austin, TX for the annual South by South West Music Festival. The mother of all music festivals. This thing has gotten so ridiculous and huge. Anyway, we will be playing at The Jackalope on 6th St 5pm on Thursday March. 18th for the Anodyne/Record Machine Showcase. Then on Friday all three bands will perform back to back starting at 5pm at Canvas Bar & Gallery at 5th & Brazos.
The Canvas show is part of the Midwasteland Takeover party that Billy and Steve helped organize and book. It seems like 1/2 of Kansas City will be there so don’t miss it. Tons of great bands everyday. For complete schedule check www.midwastelandtakeover.com
Prior to this we will be performing Fri. March 5th @ The Beaumont Club for the Popwreckoning Pre-SXSW showcase in Kansas City and again at Riot Room in Kansas City on March 11th with Be/Non’s Synth-Juice, Restless Breed and New Franklin Panthers. Come down and celebrate with us.
